VESPA

The VESPA product is a wave-equation seismic modeling program. It computes complete, frequency-dependent, three component synthetic seismograms for horizontally stratified geology. VESPA modeling can generate synthetic shot records, VSPs and offset VSPs. It is used for high resolution modeling of the seismic response of stratigraphy, and for modeling dependence of amplitude and phase on offset.
